Hi, I'm Courtney, and I'm SO excited to welcome you to my virtual pin trading party! I created this because I truly believe everyone should have the chance to experience the fun and excitement of pin trading, no matter where you live!
One weekend every month, we're bringing the pin community together from all across the country (and world!) for one big online trading event. Whether you've been trading for years or you're opening your very first pin book, there's a spot here for you. 💕
We've also focused on building a trusted trading community here! We review and approve every single trader before they get access to the trading floor. While every trade is ultimately an agreement between two collectors, our vetting process helps us create a space where members can feel more comfortable connecting and trading with one another.

Every vendor gets their own virtual booth, complete with their own trading books filled with pins they're ready to trade! ✨
Take your time wandering through the virtual aisles, flipping through pin books, and seeing what everyone has available and what they're looking for. Spot a pin you love? Send the trader a message and start talking trades! 💕
And one of the best parts about trading online? There's no pressure! Take your time, look through your collection, think about an offer, or even sleep on it!
The party may only last for the weekend, but your conversations don't have to end when it does. Messages stay open after the event, so if you're still working out that perfect trade on Tuesday, that's totally okay! 📬✨
We want every trader to feel confident about what they're agreeing to before a trade is finalized. Before saying yes, either trader can request clear photos of the front and back of the exact pin being offered, all without leaving the chat.
Take a close look! Check the condition, markings, backstamp, and any other details that are important to you. The platform does not grade or authenticate individual pins, so each trader is responsible for reviewing the photos and deciding whether they're comfortable moving forward. The photos you share will also remain attached to the trade for reference.
Transparency is a BIG part of our trading community. Fantasy pins must always be identified as fantasy pins, and you must disclose any known flaws, damage, or significant wear before a trade is finalized.
At the end of the day, we want everyone to know exactly what they're trading and exactly what they're receiving.
Found a trade you're both excited about? It's time to make it official!
Before anything is finalized, you'll both see a complete trade summary showing exactly what you're giving and exactly what you're receiving. Both traders must review and confirm the trade before it becomes official.
If anything changes, even one pin, the previous confirmations are cleared, and both traders must review and approve the updated trade again. This ensures that you're never committed to a trade that was changed after you agreed to it.
Once you've both confirmed, the trade is officially locked in! From there, your 48-hour shipping timeline begins, and it's time to get those pins packed up and on their way.
Once your trade is officially confirmed, both traders have 48 hours to ship. Everyone who joins our trading community agrees to this same shipping expectation, so we ask that you only finalize a trade when you know you'll be able to get your package on its way within that timeframe.
When you're ready to ship, simply add your tracking information to the trade. You can also upload a photo of your shipping label, and your trade will be marked as shipped. Once tracking is added, your trading partner will be able to follow their trade all the way to their doorstep!
We know that occasionally life happens. If something truly outside of your control prevents you from shipping within 48 hours, communication is key. Send your trading partner a message through the trade conversation before the deadline and let them know what's going on.
Our goal is simple: ship promptly, communicate clearly, and treat your trading partner the way you'd want to be treated.
Once your package arrives, take a look at your trade and let us know whether the pins you received match what you were shown and agreed to. If everything looks good, simply confirm that your trade arrived as expected. Once both traders have confirmed, your trade is officially complete!
But what happens if something isn't quite right? Don't worry, we have a process for that, too.
If a pin you receive does not match the photos or information provided before the trade, you'll upload clear photos of the front and back of the pin you received. The platform will display those photos alongside the original trade photos so both traders can easily review the difference.
From there, you'll have three days to work together toward a resolution. You may agree to return the trade, keep the trade with an additional pin sent to make things right, or mutually agree to keep the trade as-is.
Most concerns can be resolved with a little communication! However, if you can't reach an agreement within three days, you can escalate the trade to me for review. I'll have access to the original trade details, conversations, and both sets of photos so I can review everything and determine the appropriate resolution.
Every completed trade becomes part of your trading history, giving you an easy record of the trades you've made within the community.
Your completed trades keep the important details together, including what was shown, what both traders agreed to, shipping information, and confirmation of what arrived. So if you ever find yourself wondering, "Wait… what did I trade for that pin a few months ago?" you'll have a record to look back on!
Your trading history also helps build your reputation within the community. As you complete successful trades, other collectors can see how many trades you have finished before trading with you, giving everyone a little more confidence when connecting with someone new.
The more you trade, the more your trading history grows with you. Think of it as your own little pin-trading résumé!
Your pins stay with you. We never take possession of your pins, and we never hold money on your behalf. Every trade is made directly between two collectors. Our role is to provide the platform, tools, trade records, and process that help you trade with confidence. We don't take a percentage of your trade, and you don't have to wait for us to grade your pins. Your collection stays exactly where it belongs, with you, until you're ready to ship your trade.
Everyone on the trading floor has been approved to be here. Creating a trusted community is incredibly important to me. Traders are reviewed before being approved to participate, and referrals from existing members help us welcome collectors who already have connections within the pin community.
Don't know anyone here yet? That's okay! You can still apply to join. I personally review those applications because I never want being "new" to the community to keep a great trader from being part of it.
The goal isn't to make the party exclusive. It's to make it a place where collectors can feel comfortable meeting someone new and saying, "Want to trade?"
